Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile home decor is properly cushioned.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
